Hi, and welcome to Holistic Healthy Healing. About me Bonnie Flores. I was born and raised in Minnesota, United States. I started out doing energy work some fourteen years ago. I took Qi gong classes and found that this work seemed familiar and easy. I learned (remembered) how to read people’s energy and how to heal their energy. I quickly found out (remembered) that healers don’t heal other people. People heal themselves. Healers hold a vibrational rate that helps others to easily heal themselves. After that I moved onto working as a clairvoyant, claircognizance, empath and clairsentient. When I was little I would see and play with my guides, and angels, so again it was familiar and easy. I now use all of my spiritual abilities to help others to clear, cleanse, and balance their energy. I teach them how to: Read their own energy as well as someone else'sLocate their blockages How to balance and clear blockages When using my psychic abilities I am able to discern whether the blockages are physical, emotional, or mental. I am able to read someone's aura and tell what color is their core color. I am also given information from their guides, angels, higher power on what areas that person needs to work on (stuck energy). Some people are holding onto unexpressed emotion and some people just need to clear, cleanse, and balance their energy. I highly recommend clearing, cleansing and balancing your energy everyday. It takes just a couple of minutes. You will be surprised at how you feel after you’re done. Over the years my spiritual and conscious awareness has grown. I have learned a multitude of different things: Qi gong (energy healing), Hypnosis, Channeling, Meditation, Chakras, Auras, Crystals, Herbs, Essential oils, Flower Essences, Tuning Forks, Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, Nutrition, and much more!! During the years I have received so much guidance from my angels, guides, and higher power. I am now creating this website to teach others how to heal themselves. I am a person that loves to learn.
