Meditation is a simple process of clearing and quieting your busy mind. It is a way of tuning out all of those thoughts of what you have to do. It allows you to connect with your inner self. Releasing all stress and tension from your mind, body, and emotions; becoming calm and focused. In this state you connect with feelings of peace and balance.
It allows you to focus your mind, think clearly and with clarity. It activates your intuition and creativity. This helps with problem solving, not just from your analytical mind. Adding your intuition and creativity to problem solving can resolve the issue quickly, with an overall healthier resolution.
It also connects you with your higher self, which helps you with knowing your own life purpose, and path. This deep connection helps with releasing any fears of the unknown.
There are many benefits of meditating.
The calmness, clarity, and peace stay with you throughout your day. That has been most beneficial for me and my family. My family notices such a difference. I don't internalize things, example: the news, politics, children crying, etc... I am able to react to situations in a much calmer manner, which makes my relationships with others more peaceful and joyful.

Daily meditation is the best. Find time in your day. Even if you only have 2-5 minutes. I love to meditate in the morning before everyone is up. It helps set the tone for my day.
