Hypnosis helped me to feel full with eating smaller portions. It also helped me to stop eating when I was watching TV. I now view food a lot differently and with a healthy perspective. I easily lost weight, gained so much confidence, and increased my self-esteem. I now use self-hypnosis on myself and have improved my body image, and have completely gotten rid of my IBS (irritable bowel syndrome).
